Stephen Hipkin is an experienced workplace investigator who has previously worked for the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission, where his primarily focus was towards the oversight and monitoring of law enforcement misconduct investigations conducted by the NSW Police Force.

Throughout his career, Stephen’s expertise has been engaged across a diverse range of investigations, fraud detection, and prevention initiatives across Australasia, the United Kingdom, and the Asia Pacific region.

Stephen has extensive experience in building forensic teams, compliance and corporate fraud investigations, fraud and corruption awareness training, the structuring of corporate fraud risk strategies together with formal interviewing, operational investigative activities (surveillance and project management for example) and corporate/legal case preparation.
